The ideal candidate will partner with Infrastructure, Security, Application Support, and Operations teams to enhance visibility, reduce alert fatigue, and enable proactive incident management through automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience administering enterprise monitoring platforms.
• 5+ years of LogicMonitor administration experience.
• Leadership, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing experience.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the SME for LogicMonitor.
• Design, implement, configure, and maintain the LogicMonitor platform.
• Develop monitoring strategies, alerts, dashboards, and escalation workflows.
• Configure monitoring across infrastructure, cloud, applications, and databases.
• Reduce alert noise via tuning and threshold optimization.
• Provide day-to-day operational support and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate LogicMonitor with enterprise tools.
