Job summary

Weyerhaeuser’s St. Helens Tree Farm operation in Castle Rock, WA is seeking a Log Loader Operator to safely load logs and maximize daily loads in a union environment.

You will perform equipment inspections, participate in preventative maintenance, and use Loader Wiz and TLI apps, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork to meet production goals. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma and at least two years of shovel-based loader experience, demonstrating reliable communication

Qualifications

• Two years of experience operating a shovel based log loader.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate the log loader according to safety, environmental, production, and quality standards.
• Make daily adjustments to maximize loader output based on weather, labor, and truck availability.
• Record keeping and load logistics to maximize loads per truck and ensure proper dispatching.
• Perform equipment inspections and participate in preventative maintenance.
