Job summary

Weyerhaeuser’s St. Helens Tree Farm operation in Castle Rock, WA is seeking a Log Loader Operator to safely load logs and maximize daily loads in a union environment.

You will perform equipment inspections, participate in preventative maintenance, and use Loader Wiz and TLI apps, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork to meet production goals. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma and at least two years of shovel-based loader experience, demonstrating reliable communication

DescriptionWeyerhaeuser’s St. Helens Tree Farm operation, based out of Castle Rock, WA has an opening for a Log Loader Operator. We are seeking individuals who desire to work safely in a market-focused logging environment. This is a union position. The workforce is represented by the International Association of Machinists (IAM). The pay rate is $37.23 per hour. Paid holidays, vacation, health and welfare, and 401k benefits are provided, as defined by the collective bargaining agreement.
