LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager in Winston-Salem to lead a store team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will model LOFT’s brand behaviors on the sales floor, coach associates, and foster an inclusive, high-energy store culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience or equivalent.
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
