Intrepid Global Solutions is seeking a Lodging Manager to oversee lodging operations, linen exchange, and security-conscious data management. You will supervise staff, train users of Government Lodging Software, and ensure accurate occupancy records across a busy lodging facility.

The role requires five years of supervisory lodging experience in DoD or similar settings, strict data integrity, and the ability to perform under varied environmental conditions.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum five years supervising and managing DoD or comparable lodging.
• Experience in hospitality and services management and aseptic cleaning procedures.
• Ability to resolve customer complaints professionally and de-escalate conflicts.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee linen exchange and lodging services for personnel check-in/out.
• Use Government Lodging Software to check in/out personnel.
• Train staff on Government software.
• Manage bed space assignments and occupancy validations.
• Maintain bed-down database with required data (name, rank, gender, branch, dates, room).
• Perform daily occupancy checks and provide rosters to Government on request.
• Maintain key/door code control with minimal discrepancies.
• Provide 24/7 locator service and central lodging processing point.
• Ensure 100% room/customer accountability and data accuracy.
