Job summary

Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) seeks a Lodging Representative to support ANTHC Lodging guests in Anchorage. You will assist with check-in, confirmation of lodging arrangements, and guide guests to Medicaid lodging options on campus.

You will audit patient records to resolve discrepancies and help guests navigate the ANTHC campus. Roles include multiple Lodging Representative levels, coordinating with clinics, case managers, and partner organizations to ensure housing, travel, and

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Alaska Tribal Health System, ANTHC Lodging operations, and Alaska Native culture.
• Knowledge of customer service concepts and practice.
• Knowledge of Lodging Medicaid Processes.
• Knowledge of safety, infection, and quality control standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate the front desk following Lodging policies and procedures.
• Confirm guest arrivals and provide courteous service before and during stay.
• Determine lodging eligibility including beneficiary/referral status and residency.
• Coordinate lodging for patients and escorts and perform background checks for housing eligibility.
• Ensure safety procedures and coordinate with other departments to improve guest satisfaction.
