Job summary

Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is seeking a Lodgekeeper at the Wild Rose in Wild Rose, WI. The Lodgekeeper will manage laundry, cleaning, and textile care, while tracking items and serving guests with a friendly, attentive demeanor.

The role includes cleaning, pressing, and folding textiles, maintaining inventory, assisting guests with laundering-related services, and upholding a clean, welcoming environment with outstanding customer

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry, press, and fold clothing and other textile items.
• Track ownership of items and maintain inventory of supplies.
• Assist guests with laundering-related services and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, orderly facility and equipment.
• Prepare for shifts by organizing materials and restocking supplies.
