Job summary

Woodward Tahoe is a year-round, action-sports destination in the Sierra Nevada. We are seeking a Lodge Service Specialist & Parking Attendant to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and employees.

The dual role covers daily cleaning, snow shoveling, and servicing of facilities, plus overseeing safe parking flow and guest interactions. Be part of a fun mountain community with growth opportunities across Woodward and POWDR.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable team player.
• Strong work ethic with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work outdoors in cold, snowy, or wet conditions.
• Ability to perform physically active tasks and follow instructions.

• Safety awareness and proper PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily cleaning, shoveling, and servicing of Lodge and parking areas.
• Ensure entryways, seating, walkways, elevators, stairs, and restrooms are clean and safe.
• Greet guests warmly and help manage parking flow.
• Work with the team to maintain a guest-focused environment.
• Lift and move cleaning supplies and snow as needed; be ready for outdoor work.

As a Lodge Service Specialist & Parking Attendant, you’ll play a key role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and employees. This dual role ensures our lodges are sparkling and our parking areas run smoothly — both essential parts of delivering a great guest experience.

While every day looks a little different, you can expect to:

• Provide daily cleaning, shoveling, and servicing of the Boreal Main Lodge, Woodward Tahoe, and Soda Springs facilities.
• Ensure entryways, seating areas, walkways, elevators, stairs, and restrooms are clean, safe, and sanitary.
• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and help manage the orderly and efficient flow of vehicles in parking areas.
• Work as part of a team to maintain a positive, guest-focused environment.
• Lift and carry cleaning supplies, push mops, brooms, and vacuum cleaners, and shovel snow as needed.
• Take ownership of cleanliness, guest interaction, and safety responsibilities.
