Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint seeks a Security Supervisor at our Scottsdale lodge to oversee daily security operations and staff. You will review paperwork, inspect equipment, patrol interiors and perimeters, and respond calmly to emergencies to protect guests and property.

The role requires prior security or law enforcement experience, supervisory background, and hospitality familiarity. Proficiency with MS Office and security software helps performance; weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience required; 3 or more years' experience preferred
• 1 year in a continuous supervisory position or equivalent
• 1 year experience in hospitality or tourism related field
• Computer experience with Outlook/365, MS Office, and payroll/daily activity systems
• Must be available to work any shift; weekends and some holidays
• Security Officers must be 18+, 21+ to operate company vehicles
• High School Diploma

Responsibilities

• Assist Security Manager with daily paperwork review and follow up
• Complete inspections of security equipment for operational status
• Foot patrol interior and perimeter to identify risks
• Evaluate situations and direct work accordingly
• Maintain order and assist guests with safety needs
• Handle policy violations and safety threats appropriately
• Observe monitors and report suspicious activity or alarms
• Complete daily and incident reports
• Administer CPR and First Aid as needed
• Supervise shift operations and investigations
• Promote a positive lodge guest experience
• Maintain key issuance and property systems
• Perform other duties as assigned by Security Manager
