Feather Falls Casino is seeking a Night Auditor to conduct night audit functions in accounting and serve as a front desk agent during the graveyard shift. The role reports to the Hospitality Manager in Lodge Operations.

Responsibilities include posting and balancing daily accounts, reconciling reports, and ensuring accurate cash and credit handling at the front desk. MSI experience is a plus, with strong computer skills and excellent verbal communication expected.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Night Auditor

Department: Lodge Operations

Reports To: Hospitality Manager

Status: FullTime

Salary: $19.00

Summary

Will conduct night audit functions in accounting, will act as front desk agent during graveyard shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Post and balance daily accounts
  • Reconcile department reports
  • Reconciliation of cash and credit for front desk
  • Balancing of daily financial reports and front desk coverage
  • Strong technical skills
  • Good knowledge of computers
  • Assume responsibility/accountability
  • Performs in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner and think creatively
  • Reports to the Hospitality Manager

Education and/or Experience
  • MSI experience a plus

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, sub-tract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Strong computer skills are necessary.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions while providing optimum guest service.
