The Lodgekeeper will handle clothing and textile processing, maintain equipment, and assist guests with laundering-related services while upholding high standards of organization and customer care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Sorting, washing, drying, pressing, and folding clothing and other textile items.
• Tracking which items belong to whom and maintaining inventory.
• Maintain clean facility and respond to guests' queries and requests.
• Prepare for next shift, restock kits, and inspect cleaning equipment.
• Assist guests with laundering-related services when appropriate.
