Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Observes and assists slot technicians during the performance of their duties to ensure a high level of competency and performance
  • Organize, coordinate and execute machine moves installs and upgrades with Slot Tech Manager
  • Ensure preventive maintenance of slot equipment/machines and system is maintained
  • Assist in Customer/Gaming/Audit discrepancies as needed
  • Maintain inventory of slot parts and conversions
  • Assist CDOG with gaming disputes, thefts, and compliance issues
  • Ensure proper procedures are followed in preparing variance investigations
  • Oversee projects, issue workloads, and assist as needed in support of casino operations
  • Supervision of Slot Technicians
  • Parts ordering
  • Compliance checks and updates
  • Weekly task list and slot tech scheduling for training
  • Scheduling upcoming events with vendors and upper Management
  • Verify slot devices and software are in compliance with CDOG
  • Other related duties including but not limited to complying with the following: Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting

Skills, Education and Other Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, gaming documents and troubleshooting manuals
  • Basic computer skills
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience required
  • 2 years supervisor experience in slot department
  • Identification that establishes identity
  • Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
