Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assists Security Supervisor with planning, organizing, and coordinating all security policies to make sure they are current and implemented on a regular basis
  • Trains all security personnel under their charge, ensuring they enforce Lodge Security Policy including Colorado law and Division of Gaming Regulations
  • Performs all duties normally accomplished by security line officers
  • Supervises shift activities in the absence of the supervisor
  • Other related duties including but not limited to complying with the following: Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting

Skills, Education and Other Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and literate/fluent in English
  • Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, AED, and TIPS certifications
  • Through knowledge of the I.C.M.P. regulations
  • Six months to one-year equivalent work experience
  • Experience in Microsoft Office required
  • Identification that establishes identity
  • Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
