Job Details:

• Provide adult primary care services in clinic setting
• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Handle approximately 20 patient encounters per shift
• Must be licensed in Georgia only
• Board certification required with minimum board certification eligible
• BLS certification required
• Epic training mandatory every other week, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Epic training can only occur after credentialing is complete and must be finished before starting
• Protocol agreement with GCMB required
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 21 days
• Coverage available at multiple Kaiser Permanente locations in Lithonia area

Compensation:
