Job summary

Adelphi Staffing seeks a Trauma Surgery Physician Assistant for locum Tenens coverage in Richland, Washington. The role involves inpatient pediatric and general trauma care within a Level III Pediatric Trauma Center, supporting a busy trauma team.

You will perform pediatric surgical procedures as needed, coordinate with staff, and be available for 7–14 shifts per month, with 12-hour shifts and overtime after 12 hours. Must hold active PA license and DEA, with hospital privileges.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physician Assistant with current PA license.
• Board certification for Trauma or related specialty preferred.
• DEA registration required per posting.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric and general trauma care in an inpatient setting.
• Perform pediatric surgical procedures as competent for the shift.
• Collaborate with trauma surgery team and cover 7–14 shifts per month as scheduled.
• Manage patient care from admission to discharge under supervision.
