Job summary

Adelphi Medical Staffing is seeking a Board Certified Physician Assistant to provide trauma surgery coverage at a Level III Pediatric Trauma center in Richland, WA. This locum tenens assignment offers two weeks per month with 12-hour day or night shifts (7A-7P or 7P-7A) in an inpatient setting.

Responsibilities include pediatric trauma surgeries and consultations (HMP, endoscopic appendectomy), rounding 20 patients daily, and collaboration with the surgical team.

Qualifications

• BC required (Certified).
• Licensed in WA or Universal License (IMLC).
• DEA required.
• ACLS, ATLS certifications required.
• Experience: pediatric trauma and surgery; must be verified to perform pediatric surgeries.
• Comfort consulting on peds cases, HMP, endoscopic appendectomy.
