Orthopedic Surgeon

StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: M-F Pay Rate: $610000.00 - $1200000.00

Orthopedic surgery opportunity for a high-demand, hospital-employed role in Athens, Ohio. This opportunity blends surgical volume, modern resources, and work-life balance. You will build a broad general orthopedic practice with access to robotics, biologics, and academic engagement while benefiting from consistent scheduling and a supportive care team.

• Up to $80,000 in student loan repayment or retention bonus options
• $50,000 regional premium
• Up to $50,000 quality bonus
• $25,000 signing bonus + relocation assistance
• Immediate volume with ~10,500 RVUs per provider annually
• Predictable Monday-Friday schedule with dedicated OR time
• 1:2 call rotation, primarily phone-based, with limited trauma
• Collaborative team with strong APP, clinical, and administrative support
