You will engage in general orthopedic surgeries including joint replacements and repair work, and participate in teaching opportunities for residents and medical students. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Join an orthopedic practice in Athens, Ohio with three physicians and two PAs.
• Perform general orthopedic surgeries including joint replacements and fractures.
• Participate in resident and medical student rotations with teaching opportunities.

Description

• Join three other physicians and two PAs in an orthopedic practice in Athens, Ohio
• General orthopedic surgery, total joint replacement, ligament and tendon repairs, joint instability, fracture care, ORIF, arthroscopic joint surgery
• Open to specialists, but no current need for any additional orthopedic sports specialists
• Resident and med student rotations through Ohio University, teaching opportunities
• Call schedule: every other week, Monday through Monday call, 30 min location call restriction
