AMN Healthcare is partnering with a well-established not-for-profit health system in Northwest Indiana and the greater Chicagoland region to recruit an orthopedic surgeon. The role involves a mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient consults with a 1:7 call schedule and a flexible structure to tailor volume and productivity.

Compensation includes a generous base salary with production bonuses, sign-on, relocation or fellowship stipend, comprehensive benefits and PSLF eligibility.

Position Overview:

• Hospital-employed Orthopedic Surgery position
• Mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient consult service
• 1:7 Call Rotation
• Flexible practice structure allowing physicians to tailor volume and productivity goals
• Collegial group of system physicians eager to provide mentorship and support in developing physician practices

Compensation:

• Generous Base Salary: plus production bonuses
• 650+ Earning Potential
• Significant earning potential depending on productivity and practice style
• Sign-on bonus, Relocation and/or Fellowship stipend available
• Comprehensive benefits package
