Job summary

CompHealth is recruiting for a plastic surgery–focused clinician to provide inpatient care and outpatient clinic coverage in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Responsibilities include 2–3 patients per shift, high consult volume, and a mix of call coverage across plastic and burn services.

Housing and travel are arranged, with malpractice coverage provided. The role emphasizes general plastic surgery and hand reconstruction, with preferred cranial, facial, maxillofacial, and breast surgery skills to broaden

Qualifications

• General plastic surgery and hand reconstruction required.
• Preferred: cranial, facial, maxillofacial and breast surgery skills.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient setting with 2–3 patients per shift.
• Avg call volume: 2 phone consults, 2 patients seen, 1 admission per day.
• Clinic 3 days per week with high consult volume including wound care.
• 24-hour call coverage — 8 hrs/week in plastic and burn clinic.
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and provide comprehensive malpractice coverage.
