Job summary

CompHealth is assisting with a locum tenens opportunity for a board-certified pathologist. The assignment focuses on general surgical pathology including biopsies, ortho, and cervical specimens.

Histology is offsite, with housing and travel arranged, and malpractice coverage provided. The role runs Monday–Friday, 4 hours per day (11 am–3 pm), with 1 week of coverage every two months and an estimated 10–20 cases per day.

Qualifications

• Board certification required.
• General surgical pathology experience with biopsies, ortho, cervical.

Responsibilities

• Mon-Fri, 11:00–15:00 (4 hrs/day).
• 1 week every 2 months, ongoing.
• 10–20 cases per day.
• Histology is offsite.
