Job summary

CompHealth in Powell, WY is seeking a hospital-based general surgeon for a locums assignment. The role features 14-day stretches with 4–5 clinic/OR days per week and on-site call.

Robotic surgery experience is required or willingness to learn. ATLS, ACLS and BLS certifications are required. CompHealth provides housing and travel arrangements, comprehensive malpractice coverage, and a dedicated recruiter to handle credentialing and all details.

Responsibilities

• B&B general surgery and upper/lower endoscopies performed
• Ongoing coverage potential if permanent hire is not secured
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• Housing and travel are arranged and comprehensive malpractice coverage provided
• Credentialing and privileging process is streamlined
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
• Specialized recruiter handles every detail
