Job summary

OL&B Railway is seeking a high performing Switching and Transload Operator to support daily railcar switching, transloading, and locomotive/railcar maintenance. The ideal candidate will have construction or agriculture experience and be mechanically inclined with problem solving skills.

Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 6:45 am to 2:45 pm, with a 2-hour on-call requirement. This role requires strict adherence to FRA, AAR, OSHA, and DOT rules, safe handling of equipment such as forklifts,
