Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to ensure the facility remains clean and inviting while delivering excellent customer service. The role involves keeping the club space stocked, meeting Life Time’s standards of presentation, and supporting members with questions about products and services.

Ideal candidates demonstrate the ability to lift over 20 lbs, work in a stationary position, and move around the club for extended periods. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly.
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
