Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming club environment. You will clean spaces, stock supplies and ensure presentation meets Life Time standards. Interact with members to provide friendly service.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, stocking towels, managing locker room supplies, and assisting with general club operations while adhering to budgeted usage and Life Time policies.

Qualifications

• Formal education may be preferred: High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs as part of daily tasks.
• Comfort working in a gym environment and interacting with members.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures
