Job summary

Skamania Lodge, a Pyramid Global Hospitality property, seeks a spa/locker room attendant to maintain cleanliness and assist guests in the spa, fitness, pool, and related areas. You will interact with male guests in the locker room and help ensure a welcoming, professional environment.

The role requires CPR certification, strong guest service and interpersonal skills, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and flexibility to work weekends, mornings, and evenings. Prior hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable interacting with male guests in the locker room.
• CPR certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Regularly enter and remain in the locker room while the facility is open and occupied by male guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of spa, fitness, pool, locker room, treatment room, and guest areas.
• Replenish towels, robes, linens, amenities, and operational supplies throughout each shift.
• Support guests by providing information, assisting with facility usage, and responding to requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain laundry operations and monitor linen inventory levels.
• Conduct routine inspections of spa, fitness, and pool facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness.
• Monitor pool and hot tub areas and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
