Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Skamania Lodge in Stevenson, WA is seeking a housekeeping/guest services associate. You will maintain locker room, spa, fitness, pool areas, and guest spaces, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and readiness across shifts.

Qualifications

Must be comfortable interacting professionally with male guests in locker rooms.
Valid CPR Certification required.
Experience in hospitality, spa, wellness, housekeeping or guest service preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Strong guest service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with guests and team members.
Basic computer skills required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

Enter and remain in the locker room when the facility is open and occupied by male guests.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of spa, fitness, pool, locker room, and guest areas.
Replenish towels, robes, linens, amenities, and supplies throughout each shift.
Assist guests by providing information and responding to requests professionally.
Maintain laundry operations and monitor linen inventory.
Conduct routine inspections of spa, fitness, and pool facilities for cleanliness and safety.
Monitor pool and hot tub areas and report maintenance or safety concerns.
