Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Associate for Skamania Lodge, a Pacific Northwest resort. You will help maintain cleanliness across public areas, guest rooms, and back-of-house spaces, delivering towels and supplies on request while upholding our service standards.

This role requires good time management, clear communication, and the ability to move, lift and work on your feet for extended periods.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Walk all assigned areas at beginning and end of shift to collect bags, trash, and soiled linen.
• Deliver towels, cribs, cots and other items to guest rooms on requests.
• Clean and maintain public areas, Health and Fitness center, back-of-house hallways, stairways, restaurant, Front Office and restrooms in a courteous manner.
• Remove soiled linen and trash from all service areas following prescribed procedures.
• Respond to guest needs in a friendly and helpful manner.
