Smarte Carte is seeking a Part-Time Locker Attendant to support guests with locker rentals and ensure smooth operation during events; night and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 6 months of work experience, and strong computer/mechanical aptitude; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. Reliable attendance and excellent communication are essential for a fast-paced environment.

• Practice safe work processes ensuring the safety of visitors and employees.

Job Duties

Locker Attendants assist guests with locker rentals, operation, troubleshooting, cleaning, and cash handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform minor routine maintenance and cleaning of lockers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during all interactions.
• Maintain excellent communication and cooperate with other employees and Universal Studios staff.
• Practice safe work processes ensuring the safety of visitors and employees.
• Perform duties honestly, reliably, and professionally.
• Other duties as assigned.
