Job summary

PNC is seeking a Lockbox Processor based in Mount Laurel, NJ, to support AR Advantage Operations. The role involves processing remittances, reconciling transactions, and ensuring accurate, timely handling of documents in a fast-paced in-office environment.

Qualifications

• Experience not required; no degree is necessary and a combination of education, certification or military service may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Proficiency with data entry, ten-key and basic transaction processing is expected.
• Familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOP) and risk management concepts is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Extracts remittances according to SOP and maintains productivity and quality levels.
• Processes and reconciles transactions per established policies.
• Ensures materials, documentation, and capacity are available to complete transactions; verifies equipment is operational if applicable.
• Provides feedback on workflow and on work received.
• Reviews transactions and related documents to verify completeness, accuracy, and conformance to service levels and policies.
