Responsibilities include working in a secured lockbox environment, preparing documents for digitization, data entry, operating scanning equipment, and verifying scanned images. You will also reconcile reports and follow regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to pass extensive background check and credit screening.
• Must adhere to security policies (no phones on production floor).

Responsibilities

• Work within a secured lockbox environment supporting Receivable Operations.
• Prepare documents for digitization by extracting payments and paperwork from incoming mail.
• Input and validate data into company systems.
• Operate high-volume document scanning equipment.
• Review and validate the quality of scanned images.
• Reconcile electronic reports against paper documentation.
• Make routine decisions independently.
• Learn and perform additional processing functions and equipment operations.
• Maintain productivity, quality, accuracy, and confidentiality standards.
• Follow customer and bank operational, audit, security, and regulatory guidelines.
