Job summary

LockNet LLC in Kentucky is seeking a detail-driven Small Parts Assembly Associate to pin lock cores and cut keys for customer orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery. This on-site, full-time role is based in a climate-controlled office area within our warehouse, with occasional work on the warehouse floor.

You will operate hand tools, cutting tools, and stamping tools, update systems with completed work, and support a growing team in a company that values autonomy and open communication.

Qualifications

• Strong manual dexterity and a sharp eye for detail.
• Comfort with prolonged benchwork - seated or standing.
• Field experience a plus, not required.
• Knowledge of the locksmith industry a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Pin lock cores - the part of the lock the key is inserted into - per order paperwork.
• Cut and stamp keys for LockNet customers.
• Update our systems with the work performed.
• Operate hand tools, cutting tools, and stamping tools.
