Job summary

Qualifications

• Four year degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in managing location operations and staff preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and reporting capabilities.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day location operations ensuring safe, on-time transportation.
• Manage staff, recruitment, onboarding, performance development and coaching.
• Monitor budgeting, invoicing, KPI reporting and compliance with DOT and company policies.
• Coordinate with school officials and customers to maintain service levels.
