Qualifications

• Four year degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year experience in an Assistant Location Manager role or equivalent with management responsibility.
• 5 Years Operations Experience.
• Committed to Safety Lifestyle.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with payroll/timekeeping systems.
• Experience with Smart technology and encrypted drives is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the safe and timely transportation of passengers; manages operating expenses to optimize cost per bus.
• Leads day-to-day operations including safety, maintenance, dispatch, fleet, routing, payroll, AR/AP, and budgeting.
• Oversees contract compliance, KPI, billing, and budget management; ensures training per requirements.
• Builds relationships with employees, school officials, parents, and the community; addresses concerns.
• Maintains communication with customers and escalates issues to senior management when needed.
• Manages location budget and prepares financial reporting for AGM/finance.
• Drives charter revenue and supports local growth opportunities.
• Leads recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and staff development.
