Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational expenses and explain budget variances.
• Manage injury and collision claims.
• Ensure safety practices and regulations are followed by all staff.
• Maintain facilities and buses to safety and environmental standards.
• Set accurate routes schedules.
• Minimize route drive times and mileage while following contractual/regulatory mandates.
• Provide timely operational and financial reporting to AGM and/or finance.
• Ensure purchases follow company processes and policies.
• Drive employee engagement and recognition.
