final mile seeks a Location Supervisor in the United States to assist the Location Manager in day-to-day operations at our location(s) in the Iowa area. You will build strong relationships with the client and aim to increase efficiencies in delivery operations.

This role emphasizes recruiting/retaining contractors, enforcing policies, and maintaining a safe, organized environment. You will collaborate with the Client and Location Manager to drive service quality and growth opportunities.

Job description

The Location Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the Location Manager to oversee the day to day operations at his/her location(s). The Location Supervisor will be required to fully understand all aspects of his/her location(s), build positive relationships with the client and increase the efficiencies and business within their delivery operations. Relationship building with client, recruiting, and gaining 100% of client business in each location are utmost priorities.

Salary Range: Up to $57,750/year base salary plus eligibility for additional incentive program
