Final Mile in Oakdale, PA seeks a Location Supervisor to assist the Location Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations at the location. You will understand all aspects of the site, build strong client relationships, and drive efficiency in delivery operations.

The role emphasizes recruiting/retaining contractors, managing deliveries, enforcing policies, and maintaining a safe working environment. You will collaborate with the Client and Location Manager to improve performance and culture.

Job description

The Location Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the Location Manager to oversee the day to day operations at his/her location(s). The Location Supervisor will be required to fully understand all aspects of his/her location(s), build positive relationships with the client and increase the efficiencies and business within their delivery operations. Relationship building with client, recruiting, and gaining 100% of client business in each location are utmost priorities.

Salary Range: Up to $57,750/year base salary plus eligibility for additional incentive program
