Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, HR, Finance, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance, real estate, or related disciplines.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop customized analysis on labor market trends and demographics for location strategy.
- Prepare and deliver analysis results to clients in oral and written presentations.
- Connect to internal and client datasets for executive level reports and dashboards.
- Perform GIS-based spatial analysis including site screening and drive-time analysis.
- Maintain client communications and support business development activities.
