Responsibilities

• Execute site start-ups for awarded contracts, hire and set up facilities.
• Develop and implement training programs meeting state and district guidelines.
• Maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders through proactive communication.
• Manage contract operations ensuring consistency and excellence.
• Monitor KPIs and safety compliance across operations.
• Oversee fleet readiness and inventory management.
• Lead union relations under CBA guidelines.
