RWS Insulation Services in Lafayette, IN is seeking a dynamic Location Manager to lead daily operations and drive performance at our growing branch. You’ll oversee staffing, safety, budgeting, and customer relations while building a culture of accountability and excellence.

As a leader in our local network, you will shape operations, mentor teams, manage the P&L, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality installation services and energy-efficient solutions for

Qualifications

• 5+ years of managerial experience (construction, trades, or building materials preferred).
• Strong budgeting and financial management capability.
• Proven success in sales leadership and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and team motivation skills.
• Ability to read blueprints/drawings and assemble accurate labor and material estimates.
• Proficiency in PlanSwift, Excel, Adobe and related systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality workmanship.
• Determine labor and operational resources, equipment, and material needs.
• Drive internal communication, maintain alignment with company priorities, and promote continuous improvement.
• Own the location’s P&L, set annual budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure profitability.
• Actively sell products and services while supporting the sales team to meet and exceed company sales goals.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers while developing new business opportunities.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent with strong onboarding and ongoing performance management.
• Foster a culture rooted in safety initiatives and compliance with company policies.
