South Central Services, headquarters in Greencastle, PA, is seeking a motivated Lead Insulation Installer to oversee an installation crew while delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate is a team player who communicates effectively, embraces challenges, and is committed to growing their skills and leadership within the company. Work locations span PA, MD, VA, and WV with home nightly.

Qualifications

• Experience driving non-CDL box truck and trailer (required).
• Construction: 1 year (preferred).
• Basic mechanical understanding (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Install insulation products in residential and commercial projects.
• Lead daily job-site operations and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Direct and support crew members to maintain productivity and teamwork.
• Ensure trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment are stocked and well maintained.
• Keep the job site clean and organized throughout the project.
• Communicate project progress and needs with homeowners, contractors, and staff.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Troubleshoot equipment and installation issues with practical solutions.
• Promote a respectful, professional work environment for the team and customers.
• Punctually complete projects while delivering high-end results.
