Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Location Manager to oversee daily home healthcare operations at one of our branches. You will lead a team delivering respiratory and DME services to patients at home, ensuring compliance and high-quality care.

Strong leadership, industry knowledge, and relationship-building with referrals are essential. The role requires healthcare operations experience, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid and insurance processes.

Competenze

• Experience leading home healthcare operations and teams.
• Background in respiratory therapy or DME is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (Medicare/Medicaid and private insurance).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day location operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Lead a team delivering respiratory and DME services to patients at home.
• Maintain relationships with referral sources, physicians, and partners.
• Manage inventory, billing documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor KPIs: revenue, expenses, A/R aging, service metrics.
• Provide staff training, evaluations, and succession planning.
