Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Location Manager in Madison, AL to oversee the location's operational business and lead a rental facility through a defined development plan. You will hire and develop a high‑performing team, manage performance and budgets, and ensure customer satisfaction and inventory control.

This role requires 5–7 years of management experience with full P&L responsibility; a Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred. Relocation may be required to support business needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Five to seven years of management experience including full P&L responsibility, managing budgets, long range strategic planning, and workforce planning.
• Experience supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes.
• Attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Ability to relocate is required.
