The role combines hands-on warehouse work with strategic leadership, requiring 5+ years in automotive parts distribution, P&L responsibility, and strong communication to drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older
• Minimum of 5 years experience in an automotive parts distribution leadership role
• 3 years of P&L responsibility
• Strong attention to detail, great communication skills, the capability to analyze reports and information to improve processes and business outcomes
• Prior experience with sales and customer interaction a plus
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds routinely
