Factory Motor Parts Company is seeking a Location Manager in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. This leadership role oversees inventory, staff development, cash handling, and warehouse logistics while actively supporting customers and guiding distribution operations.

The position combines dispatching, customer service, and hands-on warehouse work, requiring a strong team-oriented leader with experience in automotive parts distribution and P&L responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in an automotive parts distribution leadership role.
• 3 years of P&L responsibility.
• Strong attention to detail, great communication skills, the capability to analyze reports and information to improve processes and business outcomes, as well as the ability to motivate a dynamic team.
• Prior experience with sales and customer interaction a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds routinely.
