Oracle seeks a Redwood Shores Growth & Transformation Leader, a high‑impact senior IC shaping location investments and employee experience. This role goes beyond operations to set a strategic vision for Redwood Shores and its community presence.

You will translate ambition into actionable recommendations, mobilize across the organization, and partner with Workplace, Real Estate, EHS, HR, and local leaders to attract, retain, and grow talent while enhancing the local BRAND and ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in shaping location strategies and investments.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable recommendations.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including Workplace, Real Estate, HR, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define a differentiated multi-year vision for Redwood Shores and its role as a critical Oracle hub.
• Develop recommendations on growth, investments, and employee experience.
• Build and maintain integrated location-growth plans connecting hiring, real estate, and community engagement.
• Collaborate with Government Affairs, Communications, and local leaders to strengthen the local brand and ecosystem.
