Job summary

TSCG, a private real estate services firm, seeks a Location Data Analyst for our Atlanta, GA office. This is an in-office role with potential for 1 day remote after training, reporting to the Director of GIS.

You will manage GIS requests, produce maps and analyses for brokers and clients, and stay updated on Georgia retail trends. Strong ArcGIS Pro skills and GIS education are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Geoinformatics or related field.
• Beginner-level knowledge of ArcGIS Pro; Esri shop environment.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage GIS requests for the Atlanta office from intake to delivery with ownership of workload and deadlines.
• Consult with brokers to understand transactions and produce maps, reports, or web applications.
• Stay current on Georgia retail trends, including openings, closures, and developments.
