Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional GIS experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Geomatics, Environmental Spatial Analysis, or related field.
• Advanced experience with ArcGIS Pro.
• Strong understanding of GIS data management principles and practices.
• Proven QA/QC experience on GIS datasets.
• Experience with linear referencing (LRS).
• Ability to create maps, reports, and geospatial deliverables.
• Proficiency with geoprocessing and spatial analysis in ArcGIS.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and update GIS datasets to support asset data and analytics initiatives.
• Perform GIS data management tasks, including data editing, digitizing, spatial mapping, and geoprocessing.
• Create high-quality maps, reports, and geospatial deliverables for internal stakeholders.
• Conduct QA/QC activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Support GIS operations, including spatial analysis, model building, and linear referencing workflows.
• Use ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise tools to work on utility, natural gas, pipeline, or infrastructure projects.
• Apply linear referencing techniques to analyze linear assets.
• Support UPDM implementations and maintenance as needed.
• Automate geoprocessing workflows with ModelBuilder and Python.
