amo is seeking a Location Data Engineer to transform large-scale datasets into signals and features that power our products. You will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, explore complex data, and collaborate across product, engineering, and data teams to convert learnings into production systems.

You will work with technologies such as Spark, DBT, Dagster, BigQuery, ClickHouse, and DuckDB, developing dashboards, metrics, and robust data tooling to evaluate and improve quality

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and data-intensive systems.
• Proficiency in SQL and handling large datasets.
• Experience with Spark, DBT, Dagster, BigQuery, ClickHouse, or DuckDB.
• Strong analytical skills; enjoys digging into data.
• Ability to turn exploratory analyses into production pipelines.
• Familiarity with data modeling, orchestration, and large-scale processing.
• Ability to communicate findings via metrics, dashboards, and visualizations.

Responsabilités

• Make sense of data by exploring large datasets and identifying patterns.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for large data volumes.
• Prototype ideas on historical data and scale them.
• Create datasets and features powering products, analytics, ML models.
• Work with Spark, DBT, Dagster, BigQuery, ClickHouse, DuckDB as needed.
• Develop metrics and visualizations to evaluate signals.
