Job summary

Bunge Iberica SA is seeking a Location Coordinator in Amarillo, TX to support elevator operations with administrative and accounting tasks. You will handle payables, review invoices, and provide customer service while coordinating with multiple business areas.

The role requires strong attention to detail, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. A valid high school diploma and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge preferred; 3 years’ experience desired.
• Strong willingness to learn new processes and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• General office experience and ability to multi-task are essential.

Responsibilities

• Insures all payables related to assigned products or locations are processed promptly.
• Review each commodity invoice for accuracy, including related freight charges.
• Extensive customer service responsibilities including resolution of problems and discrepancies and building relationships.
• Review all payables in the grain system and correct discrepancies between vendor invoices and payables vouchers daily.
• Reconcile daily A/R and A/P with merchandisers and managers.
• Assist with general office and accounting tasks and ensure documents are up to date.
